I've had the joy of working on an array of successful projects, including leading the technical development of a micromobility startup, the design of automotive propulsion systems, leading several electric vehicle teams, and completing functional renewable energy projects. My skills include mechanical, electrical, & systems design, manufacturing, and interdisciplinary team leadership. Driven by the need for radical development of sustainable technology and fundamental shifts in our lifestyles to limit the environmental, social, and economic consequences of the status quo.
I've been working diligently to gain the skills necessary to implement meaningful change in this space. My experience includes the role of Systems Engineer at Stellantis, leading the technical development of a micromobility startup as well as a beverage technology startup, the design and manufacture of electric motor cooling systems, the design of an automotive traction inverter, leadership roles on both McMaster's Formula Electric and EcoCAR teams, and thriving in academics. The physically functional projects that I have completed include an electric-motorized snowboard, E-bike and E-scooter builds and repairs, a carbon fiber racing seat, an automotive skid plate, a wall-climbing robot, and a DIY wind turbine.
I plan to use these skills to accelerate and innovate the adoption of sustainable technology, and hope you understand the importance of this for our society.
